Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory and replenishment.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Create an inclusive store environment where every teammate and customer feels welcome and respected.
