Kiawah Island Golf Resort is hiring a Golf Retail Attendant for the Osprey Point area to provide friendly, professional service in the pro shop. You will handle guest interactions, assist with sales, and operate the point of sale system on-site.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, strong English communication, and teamwork, with employment contingent on background checks and on-site training. This is a full-time, on-site position at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; currently in school or graduated.
• Minimum 6 months prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to complete monetary transactions correctly.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information regarding events and guests.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Position Summary

Position Summary: The Golf Pro Shop provides casual, friendly service while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The retail attendant position with the assistance of managers and supervisors, is to proficiently attend to the guests’ needs with accurate and informative service. Operation of a point of sale system, responding to guest both in person and via telephone are integral to this position.
