Arizona Grand Resort & Spa on the Phoenix golf course is seeking a friendly Hospitality Associate to greet golfers, manage pace of play, and keep rounds moving smoothly. You’ll be the first face on the course, sharing local tips and ensuring guests stay comfortable and hydrated under the Arizona sun.
Outdoor role, requires a high school diploma (preferred), a valid driver’s license, and a love of golf. Prior golf course experience is a plus, with a strong emphasis on safety and guest relations.
Picture this: the sun rising over South Mountain, casting long shadows across eighteen holes of immaculate desert golf, and you’re the one who sets the tone for every guest’s day. At Arizona Grand Resort & Spa — Phoenix’s only all-suite, four-diamond resort — you won’t just be managing pace of play. You’ll be curating moments guests will talk about long after they’ve left the desert behind.
This is golf hospitality at its most dynamic. You’re part concierge, part course whisperer, part goodwill ambassador — gliding across the course, greeting golfers with warmth, and keeping the round moving with the kind of seamless grace that turns a good day into an unforgettable one.
Set against the dramatic backdrop of South Mountain Preserve, Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is more than a workplace — it’s a landmark. Phoenix itself is a city on the rise, blending desert serenity with urban energy, year-round sunshine with world-class dining, culture, and recreation just minutes away. Here, every shift comes with a view, every guest interaction is a chance to shine, and every day on the course feels like a small escape — even when you’re the one running the show.
If you’re ready to turn golf into an art form and hospitality into your signature, the course — and the city — are waiting.
The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa’s leaders and associates believe each guest should be treated with respect and professionalism. We create a genuine experience, enticing our guests to return again and again. In order to be successful at The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, associates must share both our Purpose (Making Space for Genuine Hospitality) and Pillars (Hands On & Heartfelt, Sincere & Focused, Collaborative & Curious, and Conscientious). This includes possessing and demonstrating a high level of courtesy and respect for both internal and external guests. Our fun, friendly and enthusiastic associates treat every guest as if they were our only guest. A true customer focus is essential to success with our property.
