Arizona Grand Resort & Spa in Phoenix seeks a hands-on maintenance technician to support our second shift, ensuring guest rooms, fountains, and public spaces run smoothly.
You will troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems, maintain logs, and collaborate with departments to keep the resort guest-ready. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required; job involves working at heights up to 30 feet and lifting up to 100 pounds.
Sprawled across 20 lush acres at the base of South Mountain, Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is Phoenix’s only AAA Four Diamond all-suite resort — home to a nine-acre water park, a championship golf course, and the kind of guest experiences that don’t happen by accident. They happen because of people like you.
This isn’t just a maintenance job. It’s a craft. A chance to be the quiet expertise behind every perfectly cooled suite, every flawlessly running fountain, every seamless guest moment in one of the desert’s most celebrated properties.
As a vital part of our second shift team, you’ll be the hands‑on problem solver who keeps a world‑class resort running at full stride — from sundown through the quiet hours when most repairs need to happen without anyone noticing a thing.
Phoenix offers year‑round sunshine, dramatic desert landscapes, and a thriving culinary and cultural scene just minutes from South Mountain Park — one of the largest municipal parks in the country. Here, your workday ends under spectacular sunsets, and your weekends open onto hiking trails, vibrant neighborhoods, and endless outdoor adventure.
At Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, we believe exceptional guest experiences start with exceptional people behind the scenes. If you take pride in precision, thrive on variety, and want your work to matter in a place guests remember forever — we’d love to meet you.
