Job summary

Esplanade at Rivergrass in Naples, FL is seeking a Starter/Ranger to deliver exceptional guest service, manage tee times, and support golf operations. You will interact with members and guests, communicate with the Golf Shop, and uphold course policies in a dynamic hospitality environment.

The role requires a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a friendly, public-facing demeanor. A valid driver’s license is required for range equipment or cart duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they arrive at the driving range and tee time.
• Manage tee times to keep members and guests on schedule.
• Maintain tee line and golf shop areas, including trash removal as needed.
• Coordinate with the Golf Shop and Bag Drop on a regular basis.
• Assist golfers when needed and provide course information.
• Report problems to the Head Professional promptly.
• Follow safe work practices in daily duties.
• Provide guests with scorecards, pencils and related items.
• Inform guests of course conditions and pace of play expectations.
• Enforce course policies and programs communicated by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Possess a valid driver’s license for driving golf cars or range equipment.
