Bentwater Yacht & Country Club is seeking a Golf Pro Shop Buyer to curate and manage merchandise that aligns with Club standards and member preferences.

The role requires expertise in retail buying, merchandising, and inventory control, with a focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience for members and guests. Collaboration with Golf staff ensures services meet member expectations and budgets are maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail buying, merchandising, or inventory management preferred.
• Knowledge of golf apparel, lifestyle brands, and retail trends is a plus.
• Strong organization, communication, and vendor relationship skills.
• Comfort with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and provide professional member service.

Responsabilités

• Purchasing & Product Selection: Select golf apparel, footwear, accessories, and merchandise within approved budgets.
• Vendor Relationships: Maintain vendor partnerships, negotiate pricing, and coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock, sales trends, seasonal assortments, and excess inventory.
• Visual Merchandising: Create appealing, organized displays that enhance the shopping experience.
• Sales & Member Experience: Partner with Golf staff to understand member preferences and support service.
• Financial Accountability: Track purchasing budgets, pricing, margins, and inventory accuracy.
