Job summary

You will partner with Golf staff to support service, manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and organize displays that enhance the member shopping experience.

This role requires strong organization, knowledge of golf fashion, and the ability to work independently in a private club environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail buying, merchandising, or inventory management preferred.
• Knowledge of golf apparel, lifestyle brands, and retail trends is a plus.
• Strong organization, communication, and vendor relationship skills.
• Comfort with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and provide professional member service.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Product Selection: Select golf apparel, footwear, accessories, and merchandise within approved budgets.
• Vendor Relationships: Maintain vendor partnerships, negotiate pricing, and coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock, sales trends, seasonal assortments, and excess inventory.
• Visual Merchandising: Create appealing, organized displays that enhance the shopping experience.
• Sales & Member Experience: Partner with Golf staff to understand member preferences and support service.
• Financial Accountability: Track purchasing budgets, pricing, margins, and inventory accuracy.
