Broken Sound Club in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Golf Retail Associate. The role includes greeting members, assisting customers, maintaining pro shop merchandise, and handling POS transactions in a friendly, detail‑oriented environment.

You will also assist with golf operations admin, such as tee times, lessons, and tournaments, while ensuring excellent service and merchandise presentation. Weekend/evening availability is required and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Retail/Sales experience preferred.
• Interest and/or knowledge of golf.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide personalized assistance and product recommendations.
• Assist in stocking, displaying, and organizing merchandise to create an appealing store environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with inventory counts, and report low-stock items to management.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system; upsell and cross-sell products.
• Handle cash, credit, and member account transactions securely; balance cash at opening/closing.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and related cash handling.
