Job summary

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Golf Retail Assistant to maintain the golf shop appearance and deliver outstanding member service. You will support the golf staff with retail operations, merchandising, events, and tee-time coordination, with a focus on high-end service in a private club setting.

The role requires 2–3 years in retail apparel or sporting goods and availability on weekends/holidays; strong communication and hospitality skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years retail apparel and/or sporting goods experience.
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Exceptional communication and hospitality skills

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and Guests by their name and serves as the first contact to their day at the club, showcasing a knowledge of expected service at a private club.
• Assist with merchandising displays and golf shop presentation and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
• Assist in running smooth and accurate inventories at the end of each month
• Assist in creating appealing visual displays to enhance sales at all retail shops
• Assist with golf shop phone calls, emails, marketing & communications.
• Works alongside Golf Professional Staff to provide high-quality member services with purchases, special orders, event registration, and tee-time management.
• Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Director of Golf.
