Job summary

Bonita Bay Club in Bonita Springs, Florida is hiring for Golf Outside Services to provide our members with the best customer service in a fast-paced, upscale private facility. You will greet members and guests, share club policies, and relay daily play rules for the day.

You will retrieve golf bags, tag and store them correctly, wash carts, clean clubs after play, support practice facilities, keep the outside area tidy, and assist in tournament operations. Uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods.
• Background as a golfer or caddie is helpful.
• Capable of working in hot, humid conditions outdoors.
• Professional and outgoing demeanor with members.
• Adherence to a drug-free workplace policy.
• Maintains a courteous, team-oriented attitude.
• Punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide information on club policies.
• Relay daily play rules and upcoming events to members.
• Retrieve golf bags, tag/store properly, and keep bag storage organized.
• Wash golf carts and clean clubs after play; assist in practice areas.
• Support tournament operations and maintain outdoors area in good order.

Job description

a Day In The Life Of Golf Outside Services

When working in Golf Outside Services, your primary responsibility will be to provide our members with the best customer service within a fast-paced, upscale, private facility. You will greet member golfers in an enthusiastic and courteous manner upon their arrival at the club. You will be providing information on club policies and procedures, upcoming events, and play rules for the day. You will retrieve golf bags from members' and guests' cars or storage and ensure all golf bags are properly tagged, cataloged, and stored in the correct bag storage slots. You will wash golf carts, clean members' clubs upon the conclusion of play, practice facility duties, keep the outside area in good working order, and assist in tournament operations. Uniforms are provided. $16.25/hour plus an additional approximate $2.00 - $5.50 per hour extra per hour based on daily volume.

Start Date: First Week of October 2026
