Bonita Bay Club is seeking a dedicated custodian to maintain the cleanliness of public areas across the Clubhouse, Pro Shop, Sports Center, and Lifestyle Center in Bonita Springs, Florida. Responsibilities include pressure-washing exterior spaces, polishing handles, and waste management to ensure spaces are ready for the next day.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent stair navigation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and the use and disposal of cleaning agents.
• Proficiency in basic maintenance and repair work.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk up and down stairs frequently.

• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of the public areas of the Clubhouse, Pro Shop, Sports Center, and Lifestyle Center.
• Pressure-wash exterior buildings and sidewalks; polish door handles; empty trash receptacles.
• Clean roofs, gutters, and windows; report issues requiring extensive repairs; assist with maintenance as needed.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies well-maintained in inventory.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF WORKING IN OUTSIDE CUSTODIAL SERVICES:

As part of our custodial team, you will ensure the cleanliness of the public areas of the Clubhouse, Pro Shop, Sports Center, and Lifestyle Center. You will pressure-wash exterior buildings and sidewalks, polish door handles, and empty trash receptacles. You will also be responsible for cleaning roofs, gutters, and windows. You will report issues that require extensive repairs, and help with maintenance when needed. We are looking for someone to ensure that the public spaces are tidy for the next day and that the cleaning equipment and supplies are well-kept in inventory.
