Job summary

Bonita Bay Club in Florida is seeking a friendly Busser/Food Runner to support our service team and delight members. You will set up tables, stock condiments, refill drinks, and keep dining areas clean in a fast-paced club environment.

Weekend nights are especially in demand, and all shifts offer the chance to enjoy exclusive club amenities and employee perks while welcoming members to an exceptional hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Able to carry up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in hospitality preferred but not required.

Job description

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUSSER/FOOD RUNNER:

As a Busser, you work very closely with our front-of-the-house service staff and back-of-the-house staff and have the opportunity to serve club members. Taking pride in your respective stations, you set up and position tables, ensure condiments are fully stocked, refill beverages when needed, and maintain the cleanliness of tables and chairs. Bussers will work with various people in a festive and fast-paced environment and are responsible for making sure everyone has a great experience!

All shifts available - weekend nights especially needed.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to carry trays up to 40 lbs
• Availability and flexibility of hours
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Prior restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience is preferred but not necessarily required.
