Bonita Bay Club in Bonita Springs, FL, is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to support tee-time coordination, tournament sign-ups, and lesson bookings. You will work closely with the Professional Staff and Outside Member Services, delivering exceptional service to members and guests daily.

The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and a proactive approach to learning new systems and creating ideas that enhance the guest experience while maintaining club standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication, computer, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Willing and proactive to learn new systems.
• Proactive in creating new ideas.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GOLF SHOP ATTENDANT:

A Golf Shop Attendant will work closely with other members of the Professional Staff in tee-time coordination, tournament sign-up, booking lessons, and GHIN software applications. You will be working with Outside Member Services and other departmental staff. You must be customer service-oriented as you will interact with Bonita Bay Club members and their guests on a daily basis. Overall, you will provide professional leadership and become a member of the golf team with a cohesive, customer service-oriented unit!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A GOLF SHOP ATTENDANT:

• Experience in golf preferred
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
