Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Supervisor to lead our outside services team, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining golf operation standards across cart management, bag handling, and practice area setup.

You will train and mentor staff, monitor time reporting, assist golfers, and collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience on busy days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff while upholding club standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Outside Services team, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Monitor staff time reporting for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Assist golfers with bag loading, club care, and play preparation; provide etiquette guidance.
• Oversee cleanliness and readiness of outside service areas, cart fleet, storage, and practice facilities.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure pro-shop, practice areas, and cart staging zones are tidy and well-organized.
• Complete daily assignments on time per club standards and policy.
