Job summary

Tustin Ranch Golf Club in California seeks an Operations Assistant to support the Golf Operations department, including golf shop duties, tee sheets, revenue management, POS system, and guest services.

The role requires strong English communication, MS Office proficiency, experience with POS and tee time systems, and a collaborative approach with the Head Golf Professional to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• AA degree or 1–2 years related experience
• PGA/LGPA Membership preferred
• Ability to read and speak English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with computerized POS and tee time system

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Golf Professional in running and managing all areas of the Golf Operations department.
• Plan, develop and approve operational policies, programs, procedures and methods.
• Interview, hire, train, assign and direct work; evaluate performance and resolve issues.
• Administer POS applications for green fee sales, merchandise sales, and billing.
• Reconcile daily tee sheets, process check-ins, receive payments, and audit transactions.
• Coordinate local membership programs through sales, payments, and member satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance and assist with budgets and action plans.
• Promote club golf activities and help run tournaments and outings.
