Job summary

The Reserve at Lake Keowee is seeking a Golf Intern to support the golf professional staff with daily operations on-site. The role focuses on coordinating outside operations, course pacing, and event execution to provide a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with tournaments, merchandise, junior programs, and member services. Enrolled in the PGA curriculum or attending a PGA-accredited university is required, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in the PGA of America curriculum or attending a PGA accredited university.
• Prior experience in golf operations or merchandising is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading outside operations staff daily and guide tasks.
• Work with cart shuttles to and from turn house.
• Monitor pace of play and help maintain course flow.
• Assist in organizing and executing tournaments, including scoreboards and tee gifts.
• Help operate the shop merchandise area and assist with sales.
