Job summary

Settler's Hill Golf Course is seeking Outside Service Attendants for the remainder of the golf season. These are part time seasonal positions, minimum age 16 at hire, on-site at the course.

Responsibilities include preparing and stocking golf carts, greeting members, loading clubs, cleaning equipment, and supporting other course areas while maintaining high service standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate golf carts in a safe manner.
• Must be able to communicate verbally to members.
• Able to provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promotes, works and acts in a manner consistent with the values of LGM.
• Stages carts for daily play.
• Prepares carts for members use; stocks and maintains carts before and after each use.
• Greets members and assists members and guests with the loading of their golf clubs on the cart.
• Cleans golf clubs and returns clubs to bag room.
• Assists with the maintenance of the driving range; picks up range balls and cleans them.
• Provides additional support to other areas of the course as needed.
• Prepares stored member clubs for play based on tee sheet.
• Cleans and maintains organization of bag storage area.
• Ensures clean and well organized cart staging, storage and bag room areas.
• Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.
• Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.
• Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.
