Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal communication.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods, climb ladders, move around the store, and lift 30 lb.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn business concepts quickly and work with accountability.
• Self-motivated with proactive drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world‑class service.
• Assist customers in Hard Goods areas: Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories.
• Support front‑end operations: returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions.
• Maintain premiere stock and visual presentation of Hard Goods.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fittings.
• Keep areas clean, safe, and operational at all times.
• Provide feedback on merchandising opportunities to managers.
• Support promotions and merchandising events as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure best‑in‑class customer experience.
