Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is hiring a part-time Hard Goods Associate to engage customers and support club fittings, simulators, and accessories. The role focuses on delivering world-class service, maintaining premier merchandise presentation, and aiding with front-end operations such as returns and promotions.

You will help customers with product knowledge, ensure clean, organized stores, and collaborate with teammates to maximize the customer experience. Flexible availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills; good verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging Service behaviors.
• Assist customers in Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories) to drive sales and experience.
• Maintain knowledge of front-end operations: returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, loyalty, discounts.
• Keep Hard Goods areas merchandised at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fittings per trained techniques.
• Support a clean, safe, and compliant store environment.
