Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Texas is seeking a hard goods associate to engage customers, drive sales, and support front-end operations. You will provide world-class service, assist with club fittings, and maintain a premiere presentation of simulators, putting greens, club repair, and accessories.

The role requires solid communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world class service.
• Assist in Hard Goods areas: Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories.
• Maintain knowledge of front-end operations: returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty, discounts, promotions.
• Present merchandise in a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and Customer experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of golf clubs and explain features, benefits, and differences.
• Assist with club fittings using PGA TOUR Superstore techniques.
• Stay updated on promotions and merchandising events to sustain a strong presence.
• Provide feedback to Sales and Service Manager to improve customer experience.
