Job summary

Topgolf Akron is seeking team members to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and reservations, and share information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions. You will help with golf clubs and equipment, ensure a clean and organized venue, and assist guests with retail items while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires excellent customer service and teamwork, plus basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations.
• Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions.
• Help with golf clubs and equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of venue.
• Offer retail items to guests, and keep retail area stocked and organized.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Give guests game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines.
