Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests as they arrive, offering assistance and information about facilities and services.
• Assist with management of golf carts, including preparation, staging, and cleanliness.
• Provide assistance with loading and unloading golf bags and equipment, placing them on carts.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the golf course, driving range, and surrounding areas.
• Assist members and guests with tee times, course conditions, and club amenities inquiries.
• Collaborate with the golf shop and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure on-course services meet club standards and report issues.
• Facilitate rental of equipment with accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
• Respond promptly to member and guest requests, offering solutions or escalation when necessary.
• Assist with maintaining and organizing the driving range, including collection and cleaning of golf balls.
