Job summary

Skokie Country Club in Glencoe, IL is seeking a seasonal part-time Player Services staff member to support our outside golf operation and deliver World Class service to members and guests.

Position runs now through November 1, 2026, reporting to the Director of Golf / Player Services Manager. Compensation starts at $16/hr with opportunities for additional income including caddying; benefits and flexible scheduling are provided for seasonal employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 5–8 hours.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
• Adhere to appearance standards as outlined in the employee manual.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Properly set-up all practice facilities on a daily basis.
• Ensuring those facilities are fully stocked and well maintained throughout the day.
• Correctly staging, cleaning, and putting away golf carts daily.
• Utilizing daily tee sheets to correctly stage golf bags for players prior to their arrival.
• Maintaining an organized and clean bag room which includes but is not limited to properly storing bags in correct bag storage spots and cleaning clubs before storing.
• Communicating with departing players whether golf clubs are going to be stored or will be required to be transported to the bag drop.
• Enthusiastically greeting each Member and guest upon arrival.
