Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to walk varying distances and ascend/descend inclines while carrying items.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests, offering information about facilities and services.
• Assist with golf cart management including prep, staging, and cleanliness.
• Help load/unload golf bags and equipment onto carts.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness at the golf course, driving range, and surrounding areas.
• Assist members with tee times, course conditions, and club amenities.
• Collaborate with the golf shop and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Conduct checks to ensure on-course services meet club standards and report issues.
• Facilitate equipment rental with accurate record-keeping and inventory control.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide solutions or escalate as needed.
• Assist with driving range upkeep and ball collection/cleaning.
