Qualifications

• Punctual and friendly personality required.
• Reliable transportation to work at the golf club.
• Experience in golf or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to stand and work long hours and irregular hours.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member/guest services.
• Run the 1st Tee and manage tee times to ensure timeliness.
• Greet guests and communicate club policies.
• Assist in club storage and cart fleet duties as needed.
• Set up the Driving Range and monitor golf ball levels.
• Keep club storage and courtyard areas clean.
• Occasional marshal trips around the golf course.
• Inform and enforce golf course rules and safety.
• Check daily play tickets and direct golfers; ensure smooth play flow.
• Provide updates on pace of play and course status to the Pro Shop.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
