Job summary

Century Golf Partners is seeking a friendly Golf Greeter in Little Rock, AR to welcome players, guide tee times, and ensure guests understand course policies. You will work outdoors, often on foot, and help maintain smooth play while upholding the club's standards.

The role emphasizes punctual, customer-focused service, clear communication, and reliability. Previous experience in food, retail, or hospitality is a plus; must be 16+ with a valid driver's license and able to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Punctuality and outgoing personality required.
• Reliable transportation needed.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or Retail helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work irregular hours.
• Must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member/guest services.
• Manage the 1st Tee and keep tee times on schedule.
• Greet guests and communicate club policies and course information.
• Assist with club storage and cart fleet duties as needed.
• Set up the Driving Range and monitor golf ball levels.
• Keep club storage and outdoor areas clean.
• Occasional marshal trips around the course.
• Enforce course rules and etiquette; remove violators when needed.
• Check daily play tickets and guide golfers for smooth play.
• Provide timely updates on pace of play and tee time status to the Pro Shop.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
