Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment is required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar.
• Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits/beer/wine.
• Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar and golf guests.
• Serve guests in the restaurant and golf course areas with outstanding service and create a memorable experience; maintain cleanliness of all restaurant and beverage areas and gaming areas.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies.
• Assist with inventory by monitoring stock levels, rotating items, labeling prep items, receiving supplies, and notifying management of shortages.
• Comply with safety/sanitation ordinances and state liquor laws.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately; balance cash drawers.
• Responsible for outdoor furniture and yard games storage.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Other duties as assigned.
