Job summary

Sacbar is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver excellent service to members and guests while supporting golf operations. You will handle bags, prep carts, manage range areas, and keep facilities clean and organized to ensure a seamless golfing experience.

Reporting to the Supervisor Outside Services, you will marshal carts, assist players, promote club information, and participate in daily briefings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role or strong golf knowledge.
• Excellent communication with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude with commitment to outstanding service.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Answer questions and provide etiquette guidance.
• Marshal and manage carts, track usage, report issues.
• Keep cart barn and facilities clean and organized.
• Set up practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters.
• Complete daily assignments per club standards.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.
• Follow policies and maintain professionalism.
• Attend daily briefings and training.
