Job summary

Sacbar is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding service to members and guests while supporting golf operations. You will help with bag handling, cart prep, range operations and maintaining clean, organized areas around the golf facility.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading bags, assisting players, promoting club events, marshaling carts, and maintaining pro shop areas. The role requires outdoor work in hot/cold conditions and strong communication with staff and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills for interactions with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and humidity.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload bags and prepare golfers' gear for play; assist with post-round cleaning.
• Promote club events, course conditions and relevant information to members and guests.
• Marshal carts in staging areas; assign, track usage, inspect carts and report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, parking lot, and pro shop entrance.
• Set up and manage practice areas with equipment such as range balls.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals and starters to ensure smooth service.
• Complete daily assignments and keep work areas tidy and stocked.
• Support management with additional tasks and adhere to club policies and safety guidelines.
