Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is seeking a Golf Grounds Crew Member to support golf course maintenance and landscape management. You will work with supervisors to keep fairways, greens, roughs and tees in optimal condition and help transform the course through seasonal care.

The role requires familiarity with lawn care tasks, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort operating mowing equipment. Weekend availability is essential, with strong teamwork and reliability encouraged.

Qualifications

• Familiar with lawn care tasks including mowing, landscaping and general grounds maintenance.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with operating and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowing equipment to maintain fairways, greens, roughs and tees to target heights.
• Trim and edge around trees, shrubs, pathways, sand traps and features.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed for plant health.
• Rake and level sand traps, ensuring proper shape and debris-free conditions.
• Ensure course areas are ready for golfers; restock ball washers and verify signage.
• Remove leaves, branches and debris to keep the course tidy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
