Five Iron Golf in Austin is seeking a General Manager, Performance / Coach to lead golf operations, grow membership and drive performance revenue while continuing coaching and lessons. You will manage staff, oversee P&L for golf and retail, and partner with the Director of Instruction on coaching.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality, golf course/club, sports management or related leadership experience preferred.
• Golf instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Exemplary communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop golf staff and leadership.
• Manage P&L for golf-specific and retail offerings and hit revenue targets.
• Lead day-to-day golf operations and ensure high service standards.
• Collaborate with Director of Instruction to manage coaching availability and revenue goals.
• Grow membership through events, leagues and community relations.
• Promote the Five Iron experience to members and guests using technology.
