• Maintain knowledge of golf products, promotions, and advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend appropriate golf equipment.
• Educate customers on product features and comparisons to aid decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean.
• Research merchandise availability and coordinate stock through the inventory system.
