Golf Experience Associate

Five Iron blends world‑class technology with hospitality‑driven service across its sports bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Responsibilities

• Provide a fun golf experience from check‑in to check‑out, gamifying the experience for added fun
• Take pride and ownership of each Guest’s enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf, ensuring guest satisfaction and engagement at all times. Promptly address any concerns.
• Serve as the in‑house expert on our golf simulator technology and use your expertise to ensure guests have the best possible experience, highlighting everything Five Iron Golf has to offer
• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services, including technology, lessons, leagues, memberships. Use this expertise to confidently sell and cross‑sell across various offerings.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings. Present menus, answer questions about menu items and alcohol offerings, make recommendations, and use upselling techniques
• Use point‑of‑sale terminals to enter orders and process payments accurately
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
• Ensure golf simulators and surrounding areas are clean and guest‑ready
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all of our technology, additional products, and promotions
• Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness
• Verify guests’ legal drinking age
• Assist with closing duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Golf, server, hospitality, and/or sales experience encouraged but NOT required.
• Upbeat energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work well in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient verbal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for food/beverage handling at the location.

Pay: $16.66 / Hour + Tips + Commission

Job Type: Part‑time, non‑exempt

Hours: Vary by week; Weekday afternoons/nights, and weekends
