Five Iron Golf is hiring a part-time guest services associate in Baltimore to deliver a standout golf and entertainment experience. You will manage check-in to check-out, highlight our golf simulator technology, and promote leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings.

• Gamify the experience for energy and engagement.
• Take ownership of guest enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf.
• Serve as the in-house expert on golf simulator technology and showcase Five Iron Golf offerings.
• Connect guests with leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and business lines.
• Keep the facility clean and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun golf experience from check‑in to check‑out
• Gamify the experience for fun and energy
• Take pride and ownership of each guest’s enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf
• Serve as the in‑house expert on our golf simulator technology and use your expertise to ensure guests have the best possible experience, highlighting everything Five Iron Golf has to offer
• Connect guests with other offerings in the Five Iron catalog, such as leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings
• Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all of our products and business lines
• Maintain a clean and presentable facility

Required Qualifications

• Golf, sales, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but not required
• Strong customer service skills

Compensation and Work Hours

Pay: $10/hr + tips and commission
