Job summary

Five Iron Golf Baltimore LLC is seeking a Golf Experience Associate to guide guests through the Five Iron Golf experience from check-in to check-out, delivering a fun, engaging session and helping guests enjoy golf and the Five Iron catalog.

You will be the in-house expert on our golf simulator technology, connect guests to leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings, and maintain knowledge of food and beverage options while keeping the venue clean and presentable in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and upbeat energy in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly.

The Golf Experience Associate is responsible for guiding guests through their Five Iron Golf experience, acting as their host to ensure satisfaction and engagement. You'll focus on making sure they enjoy all the fun that golf and Five Iron have to offer!

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Provide a fun golf experience from check in to check out
• Gamify the experience for fun and energy
• Take pride and ownership of each Guest’s enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf
• Serve as the in-house expert on our golf simulator technology and use your expertise to ensure guests have the best possible experience, highlighting everything Five Iron Golf has to offer
• Connect guests with other offerings in the Five Iron catalog, such as leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings
• Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all of our products and business lines
• Maintain a clean and presentable facility

Required Qualifications:

• Golf, Sales and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required
• Strong customer service skills
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with a team
• Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
• Proficient oral communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must obtain proper licensing/certifications for food/beverage handling

Pay: $10 / hr + tips and commission

Job Type: Part-time, non-exempt

Hours: Vary by week; Weekday afternoons/nights, and weekends
