You will collaborate with Operations Director, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless onsite delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years of hands-on event operations experience.
• Experience with multiple logistical and tactical projects.
• Proficiency with office and relevant operational software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate operational timelines for events.
• Support vendor identification, negotiations, and site plan.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and evaluate Vendor RFPs for operations.
• Liaise with operational vendors including tents, scaffolds, and power.
• Assist in on-site setup, load-in/load-out, and transportation.
• Manage temporary labor and support volunteer committees.
• Travel and work non-traditional hours including weekends.
