Job summary

IMG Golf, Events in Corning, NY, seeks an Event Coordinator for Golf operations across North America. You will support planning, coordination, and execution of tournament operations with focus on The Classic LPGA event, coordinating logistics, vendors, and on-site setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years of hands-on event operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate operational timelines including setup and tear-down schedules.
• Support vendor identification, negotiations, contracting and site plan for first-class event operations.
• Manage vendor contracts and RFPs across tournament operations categories.
• Liaise with operational vendors for tents, scaffolding, flooring, restrooms, offices, fencing, signage, power/HVAC, catering, waste management, and more.
• Assist with on-site course and operations setup; manage temporary office trailers and restrooms.
• Track deliveries, shipments, and equipment; assist with load-in/load-out and transport logistics.
• Support volunteer committees and operational planning across events and regions.
