Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate information about products.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store.
• Maintains merchandising standards and ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and athletes are engaged when and how they want.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and adheres to safety and policy standards.
