Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and provide clear, accurate, knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert in their area of the store.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards and ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase at all times.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, etc.) and creates a welcoming store environment.
