Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking a store teammate to assist customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and uphold brand standards. You will greet customers, learn their needs, and help them have a confident shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will promote loyalty programs and warranty services, follow price changes and replenishment routines, and contribute to a safe, inclusive store where teamwork and customer focus drive results.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
