Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a customer-focused teammate to engage customers, guide them to the golf services area, and help with club fittings and repairs. You will recommend equipment and ensure every guest receives exceptional service that drives sales.

The role emphasizes product knowledge across vendors and a proactive, friendly approach to assisting athletes with their golf needs in a fast-paced store setting.

Qualifications

• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Golf fitting experience preferred.
• Associates degree or technical diploma in the Golf industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishs and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect by using diplomacy and tact.
• Aides athletes by ascertaining their needs and directing them to the golf services area that best meets their needs.
• Educates customers on the benefits of club fittings and club repair services available; makes equipment recommendations.
