Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Hard Goods Associate in California to engage customers in the Hard Goods departments, including simulators and club fittings, and to drive sales while delivering a premier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in Hard Goods areas to drive sales and provide world class service.
• Assist with front-end operations: returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, etc.
• Maintain premiere stock and visual presentation in Hard Goods areas.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and assist with club fittings.
• Stay updated on promotions and events to maintain merchandising presence.
