Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Custom Fitting Specialist to conduct golf club fittings and deliver industry-leading customer experiences.

You will work with Trackman, Foresight, and FlightScope equipment to tailor specifications for consumers and accounts, while coordinating with the Teamhead Custom Fitting & Territory Sales Manager on events and schedules. The role requires passion for golf, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Interest in golf industry and career in golf
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings
• PGA/PGM affiliation preferred
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Perform custom fitting sessions for golfers of all levels
• Provide custom specifications to consumers and accounts
• Assist Teamhead Custom Fitting & Territory Sales Manager with scheduling events
• Develop relationships with CPG accounts within territory
• Provide training to CPG accounts, sales reps, and demo techs
• Support CPG Fitting cart locations with training and tool management
• Visit National & Off Course accounts for product and fitting training
• Maintain demo matrix and manage product updates for events
• Ensure Custom Fitting POP is up to date and presentable for events
