Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Golf Custom Fitting Specialist to deliver high-quality fittings and expert guidance for golfers of all levels. You will collaborate with the Custom Fitting team to schedule events, train accounts, and ensure up-to-date demo tools and POP materials.

Travel within the territory is required. The role emphasizes strong customer service, professional presentation, and a passion for golf.

Qualifications

• Passion for golf and a desire to build a career in the golf industry.
• PGA/PGM affiliation preferred.
• Experience with launch monitors and golf club fitting.
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel and work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform custom fitting sessions to golfers of all levels.
• Ensure customers receive industry-leading experience before, during, and after fittings.
• Provide custom specifications to consumers and accounts.
• Coordinate with Teamhead Custom Fitting & Territory Sales Manager to schedule events.
• Develop relationships with CPg accounts within territory.
• Provide Custom fit training/assistance to accounts, reps, and demo technicians.
• Support CPG Fitting cart locations with training and tools management.
