Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Golf Custom Fitting Specialist to perform sessions for golfers of all levels and to deliver an industry-leading customer experience before, during, and after fittings.

You will provide custom specifications, schedule events with the Teamhead Custom Fitting & Territory Sales Manager, and build relationships with CP G accounts within the territory. PGA/PGM affiliation is preferred; launch monitor experience (TrackMan/Foresight/FlightScope) and strong playing

Qualifications

Passion for golf and desire to pursue a career in golf industry.
PGA / PGM affiliation preferred.
Experience with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight, or FlightScope) and golf club fitting.
Understanding basic and intermediate fitting terminology.
Knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin).
Strong knowledge of the golf swing and ability to play golf.

Responsibilities

Perform custom fitting sessions to all skill levels of golfers.
Ensure customers receive industry leading experience pre, during and post fitting session.
Provide custom specifications to consumers and accounts.
Coordinate and schedule custom fitting events with Teamhead Custom Fitting & Territory Sales Manager.
Develop relationships with CPG accounts within territory.
Provide Custom fit training/assistance to CPG accounts, sales representatives, and demo technicians.
Support CPG Fitting cart locations with training and managing tools.
Visit National & Off Course Accounts for CPG Product and Fitting Training.
Maintain custom demo matrix and manage product updates for events in the field.
