Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. seeks a skilled golf fitting professional to perform custom fitting sessions across levels, delivering exceptional customer experiences from pre- to post-fitting.

The role involves coordinating events, training CPG accounts, and maintaining demo tools. The candidate should have launch monitor experience (Trackman/ Foresight/ FlightScope), strong golf knowledge, and excellent verbal and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Passion for golf and desire to establish a career in the golf industry.
• PGA/PGM affiliation preferred.
• Experience with Trackman, Foresight, or FlightScope and golf club fitting.
• Understanding of basic to intermediate fitting terminology.
• Knowledge of golf ball flight data (speed, launch, spin).
• Strong knowledge of the golf swing and ability to play golf.

Responsibilities

• Perform custom fitting sessions for golfers of all levels.
• Deliver industry-leading experience pre-, during and post fitting sessions.
• Provide custom specifications to consumers and accounts.
• Coordinate with Teamhead Custom Fitting & Territory Sales Manager to schedule events.
• Develop relationships with CPG accounts within the territory.
• Provide custom fit training to CPG accounts, sales reps and demo technicians.
• Support CPG Fitting carts with training and tools management.
• Visit National & Off Course Accounts for CPG product and training.
• Maintain the demo matrix and manage product updates for events.
