American Golf Corporation is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to lead the construction, maintenance, and repair of greens, trees, and landscapes across the course. Qualifications

• GCSAA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Two-year degree in turf management, agronomy, chemical applications, soils, fertilization, or related field.
• Three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the golf course in proper playing condition according to company standards.
• Supervise course construction projects and oversee planting and care of turf, plants, shrubs, and trees.
• Develop and propose the annual maintenance plan and budget; implement and adhere to the approved plan.
• Direct and supervise maintenance of greens, fairways, tees, sand traps, water features, roughs, and related facilities.
• Create and lead a high-performance team while maintaining a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage staff; ensure co-worker satisfaction and adherence to policies.
• Identify and address safety concerns immediately.
• Establish and implement maintenance programs for equipment, tools, vehicles, and related assets.
• Maintain accurate records for labor costs, maintenance expenses, OSHA compliance, and chemical/pest-control activities.
• Plan and implement staffing schedules to ensure quality and service standards.
