Responsibilities

• Maintain day to day food and beverage operations at the facility
• Promote an exceptional 'golf experience' and provide excellent service
• Meet, greet, and welcome customers promptly
• Adhere to established policies and procedures
• Prepare food using safe handling procedures
• Prepare and store food, follow recipes and maintain cleanliness
• Suggest daily specials and drinks to customers
• Maintain inventory and assist with closing duties
• Ensure cash handling and inventory controls are followed
