Responsibilities

• Ingredient Preparation: wash, peel, and chop vegetables and prep other ingredients as directed.
• Recipe Assembly: follow recipes and guidelines to assemble and portion ingredients accurately.
• Stocking and Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and assist in organizing inventory.
• Equipment Maintenance: keep knives, boards, mixers, and other tools clean and in good condition.
• Food Storage: properly store prepared ingredients, prevent cross-contamination and maintain freshness.
• Collaboration with Kitchen Staff: coordinate with Chef and team for smooth flow from prep to service.
• Cleaning and Sanitization: keep prep area clean and sanitized, including washing dishes and utensils.
• Portion Control: measure and portion ingredients to ensure consistency.
