Hampton Parks, Recreation & Leisure Services is seeking motivated individuals to provide exceptional hospitality to players at the Hamptons Golf Course. As a Player Assistant, you will monitor play flow, answer inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming course environment from a golf cart.

This part-time position offers a friendly outdoor setting, flexible rotating schedules with days off, and opportunities for training and involvement in a vibrant community recreational program.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED completed.
• Experience and knowledge of golf course operations and the game of golf preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• Background check will be required before offer of employment or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor course flow of play and enforce on‑course rules.
• Attend to player inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction from a golf cart.
